These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88df ("88df", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 88df operates.
